Remote Desktop Connection

Connecting to your work computer (via RDP)

  1. Launch Remote Desktop Connection. You can find it by clicking on the start button and search for “Remote Desktop Connection”. Click the app when it appears in the search result.

2. IT staff will provide the computer name that you will connect to. Once in, you may need to click on the option (circled) to Show Options to get the full menu. Once you’ve got the options below, you will need to enter a computer name (IT will provide), and your username in the format below, sanpablo.local\username. Afterwards, click Connect and you will be prompted for your password. Please do not save your credentials, for security purposes, please enter a password each time you login.
