Login to your 101Voice Web Portal
On the left click on Device & Numbers
Click on Feature codes
4. Click on the department phone number you want to access.
5. Specify the music on hold sound you want callers to listen to.
6. Click the green Save button when you scroll down the webpage to apply the changes.
