101Voice Mobile App Client

Use your smartphone to answer or make calls from your department telephone number. Receive calls remotely while you are away.

Below are instructions on how to install and setup your smartphone with the 101Voice mobile client. Please make sure to visit the How to section of the website for more information on the use of the mobile client.


  1. Download the 101Voice Mobile app in Google Play Store for an Android phone or App store for Apple IOS. On your phone click the link below to direct you to the mobile client application.

Click the link to download the mobile application for ANDROID phone.

Click the link to download the mobile application for an Apple IOS phone.


  1. Type your 10 digit work phone number. Click on SUBMIT.


  1. You will receive an email containing the Verification PIN.


  1. Enter the PIN and click Verify.

Follow the prompts as you activate your mobile client app.

Click Agree and next to allow the application to use the microphone, click next for phone permission, click next for contacts and click next for full screen incoming calls. It will take you to the keypad to begin using your mobile app for incoming and outgoing calls. Includes listening to voicemails and changing voice greetings.
