Web Portal Password Reset

To proceed follow the directions below.


  1. Go to https://my101voice.com and login to the 101Voice Web Portal.


  1. Go to the left pane and click on Features & Tools


  1. Click on Mailboxes


4. Click on your Mailbox extension on the right of the Window




5. Scroll mid-way until you see Notification of new messages. You will see down the list, Enable Transcription. By default it is set to "NO".


6. To Enable, click the arrow to the right of NO and specify YES to enable voice transcription. Click SAVE towards the bottom to complete the process.


This enables voice transcription for all voice messages you receive moving forward.


7. You will receive a separate email from Voicemail@101Voice.com containing the transcript of the voicemail left.


A second email containing the actual Voice message will follow.
