Use a desktop or your laptop as a softphone. You will have the ability to receive and call from your computer using your work telephone number. Please make sure you have a microphone and/or connected with a handsfree Bluetooth headset/earpiece.

Below are instructions on how to install and setup your softphone on your computer. Please make sure to visit the How to section of the website for more information on the use of the softphone on your computer.
- Download the application below by clicking the link for Windows or MAC operating systems. Proceed with the installation if you are using a non-issued computer. Staff with a department laptop please schedule the install of the application with someone in the IT division.
Once you have installed the application on your desktop or laptop proceed with the instructions below.
INSTRUCTIONS TO SETUP YOUR SOFTPHONE
Type your 10 digit work phone number. Click on the arrow in blue to continue.
2. Click YES to proceed to receive a PIN code. You will receive an email from 101Voice containing the PIN Code. Please have your work email accessible during setup.
3. Type in the PIN code and click I agree with EULA terms. Click Sign In.
4. Softphone will display after clicking Sign In. You can begin making calls as well as receive phone calls.
