Web Portal Password Reset


To proceed follow the directions below.



  1. Reset your password by clicking Forgot your Password on the bottom right of the webpage.

3. Type in your username which is your email address and click Send Email on the bottom left.

( Example username: SarahT@sanpabloca.gov )


DO NOT ENTER YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS ON THE SECOND FIELD

5. An email will be sent you, including a link to reset your password.

Please reset your password and go back to My101Voice web portal and login using your new password.
