Call Forwarding
If you forgot to forward your work phone to voicemail or your cell phone. This is another way you can do so remotely from your smartphone or computer anywhere in the world.
Login to your 101Voice Web Portal
On the left click on Device & Numbers
Click on the Telephone lines link
4. Click on the department phone number your interested in forwarding.
Details on the right should display the owner of the phone number.
5. On the first field type the 10 digit phone number you want to forward it to.
6. Click the green Save button when you scroll down the webpage to apply the changes.
7. You've successfully forwarded your line.
There are more advanced features if staff is interested in different scenarios. Please make sure to walk thru the process before making changes so that you can adjust and apply the workflow based on your needs.
The 3rd field on no answer, instead of going to your voicemail mailbox. You can have it go to someone within your department, go to an available hunt group, go to your department phone then mailbox. You can also specify if the line is busy or an unregistered number how to redirect it.
