Access features of your phone by going to your web portal. To proceed follow the directions below.

1. Pull up a web browser and go to https://my101voice.com

2. Type your username which is your email address (Example SarahT @sanpabloca.gov) and the password you specified upon setup.

(If you forgot your password. Click the Forgot your password link on the bottom right of the my101voice.com website. See below page for general instructions)

3. Dashboard for your 101Voice account will display all the features pertaining your phone line.
